Service description
AI Assistant is a personal life OS that helps you capture thoughts, manage tasks and goals, and get AI-powered advice. You use it at your own discretion.
User responsibilities
You're responsible for your account and the content you create. Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful. Keep your credentials secure.
Data ownership
You own your data. Your entries, tasks, goals, and calendar connections belong to you. We provide the tools to store and process it—we don't claim ownership.
Service availability
We strive for reliability but offer the service on a best-effort basis. Downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We're not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (or zero if the service is free).
