What data we collect
We store only what you create: your journal entries (captures), tasks, goals, and calendar connections. When you use voice input, audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription—we don't store the audio. Your email and account info are managed by Supabase Auth.
How we use it
Your data powers your personal AI assistant. Entries are analyzed to extract tasks, themes, and context so the chat can give you relevant advice. Everything stays in your account—we never train models on your data or share it with anyone.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS), so each user can only access their own data. API keys and secrets are stored securely and never exposed to the client.
Third-party services
We use Anthropic Claude for AI chat and extraction, OpenAI Whisper for voice transcription, and Google Calendar (if you connect it). Each has its own privacy policy. We only send the minimum data needed for each service to work.
Your rights
You can export all your data anytime from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data—entries, tasks, goals, calendar connections—permanently. We don't keep backups of deleted data.
